How to Pay a Citation

Any parking citation which remains unpaid after the 90th day may be turned over to an outside agency which shall be authorized to collect all payments due and levy an additional 35% fee as allowed by local ordinance South Carolina state law.You can pay for your parking ticket(s) by the following methods:

  1. Online: You can pay online at https://follybeach-payment.netlify.app using a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and/or Discover), subject to a $3.95 convenience.

  2. Mail: You can mail payment by check or money order (Do NOT send cash) payable to:

(There will be a $35.00 service charge for a returned check)

3. In Person: You can bring in your payment in person at our office location:

How to Appeal a Citation

Park Folly Beach offers an administrative appeal process to resolve citations that you have received. If you believe that your Park Folly Beach citation has been issued in error, you may request an administrative review. Park Folly Beach will gladly review any issues concerning a citation that you may wish to appeal. To get started, please appeal by one of the methods below within 30 calendar days from the citation issuance date.

  1. Online: You may appeal online at https://follybeach-payment.netlify.app. Follow directions and include the requested information. 

  2. In Person: May be requested by email.

  3. By Phone: Park Folly Beach does not take parking appeals over the phone.

Please note that the parking enforcement ambassadors do not have the capability or authority to void your ticket. Please follow one of the methods above to appeal your ticket.
